When someone calls this number and we are unable to answer, our system sends a text message to the number that called, so we can find out what they need and arrange a follow-up. Calling this number is what starts that text conversation.

We do not send messages to anyone who has not called us first, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts of any kind.
